By accessing or using ScorePanda, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.
ScorePanda provides a platform for creating, publishing, and managing interactive quizzes and assessment funnels for lead generation purposes. Features include quiz building, landing page creation, analytics, email automation, and integrations with third-party services.

You retain ownership of content you create using our Services ("Your Content"). By using our Services, you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute Your Content as necessary to provide the Services. You are responsible for ensuring Your Content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Each subscription plan includes a monthly response limit. If you exceed your limit, new quiz responses will not be saved until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade your plan. We will notify you when you approach your limit.
ScorePanda and its licensors own all rights to the Services, including software, designs, and trademarks. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our Services without written permission.
Our Services may integrate with third-party applications. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCOREPANDA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold ScorePanda harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of third parties.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our Services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
